Gift cards or downloadable/digital items.
Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll replace it or issue a refund. 📸
